Terry Wong brings more than 25 years of customer sales and service experience in retail banking, having served as a Financial Services Representative & Investment Advisor, Senior Retail Lending Specialist and Mortgage Lending Specialist at Coast Capital Savings. She then expanded her expertise by working independently for an additional two years as a Licensed Accredited Mortgage Broker with Dominion Lending Centres before transitioning into a more fulfilling career in real estate.

My mother had to move to a Senior’s care home recently, and it was necessary to sell her apartment in Langley. Terry Wong came recommended to us by a previous client. Terry started the process by explaining the steps involved and how she would handle each one.

She staged the apartment to show potential buyers how it could be furnished and put photos on the internet. Within 10 days (and two open houses), we had a slightly higher than full price offer and she followed it through to completion.
